About Me
From New York to California, from the Republica Dominicana to Canada, I have had an amazing journey, empowering fitness and wellness enthusiasts in creating effective and sustainable solutions for an active lifestyle. First becoming certified in 1993, I have trained a very diverse population of clients-professional athletes, business people, seniors and juniors, pre/post natal women and post rehab individuals. I believe in providing customized programs by using assessments to find a true baseline (starting point) for each individual regardless of their fitness status. Thus, the B3 equation looks like this: YOU+ Baseline assessment + customized tools = sustainable fitness development. I hope you will allow me to be your guide to making your fitness journey informative, energizing and fun.
