Relax your body and release the day's stress with gentle total body stretches to align joints and release muscle tension. We'll focus on flexibility and Self Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques that will refresh and revive tight achy muscles. Then, end with guided meditation to stimulate mind/body connection.
